Watch this space!
This year we have welcomed people from all over Orkney and beyond. Many have come as pilgrims and others to join in the events marking 900 years since St Magnus was betrayed and his life ended here on Egilsay. On April 15th 80 folk came to re-enact, sing and tell stories on the opening Easter weekend of a year full of special events. The monks from Stronsay and their congregation visited on 20th May and performed a trdaitional Latin Mass. Pupils and teachers from Evie School came on 2nd May to visit the Church, commemorative cairn and visit our lovely beach.
We are looking forward to welcoming many more visitors over the next few months.
