St Magnus the Martyr - London
Saturday 08 August 2015 - We were delighted to welcome representatives of St Magnus the Martyr Church - London Bridge.
The purpose of their visit to Egilsay today was to undertake a 'reccy' for a pilgrimage at the beginning of June 2016.
The group were great company and really enjoyed their time here. With weather conditions fine we walked to St Magnus Kirk, The commemorative cairn, down to the beach and back to the community hall for soup and rolls follwed by homemade cake and tea. (a special thank you to Margaret and Dave).
