The Examiner of Accounts was Voluntary Action Orkney, who provided the service with great efficiency.
Steven Heddle (webmaster and acting chair) proposes that Voluntary Action Orkney be asked to examine the accounts for orkneycommunities.co.uk for year 2023-2024.
The committee consequently recommends that Voluntary Action Orkney be appointed as Examiner of Accounts.
Add any amendments in the Comments box at the end of the item by end of 6th August 2023. Please identify yourself and the group you represent when doing so. If necessary, voting on the item will take place from the 7th - 14th August 2023, again using the comments facility.

Second the proposal to appoint VAG as Accounts Examiner, if that is not already done.
