New to Employability Orkney – Restart Orkney

Basic Upcycling & Upholstery Workshops

Over the past 2 years many of us have struggled with the isolation that has come alongside the COVID pandemic. We have been forced into a situation where we maybe didn’t get the mental stimulation and social interaction we all need. Restart Orkney has decided it is about time we did something about this.

So, we are planning to host small workshops in basic upcycling and upholstery to get the creative juices flowing in a friendly atmosphere where folk can get together, meet new people and learn new skills. This will be led by a friendly, supportive member of our team who has a passion for upcycling and passing on her skills to others.
