The last pool session of the season takes place at Kirkwall Swimming Pool 8.30 - 10 pm on Tuesday 27 April.  To take part just turn up with normal swimming gear.

We will be practising rescues etc before we take to the sea.

The first senior paddle of the season takes place this Thursday 29 April.  Meet up alongside the Guide Hut at 6.30 pm.

The first junior paddle takes place on Tuesday 4 May.  Meet up Scapa Pier at 6.30 pm.  Please note earlier time than last year!

Remember canoe polo practice each Friday evening 9 - 10 pm.
