Kayak coaching in Kirkwall Swimming Pool in a block of five Sunday evenings from 13 November, 7.30 - 9 pm.

These sessions are aimed at those who want to be actively coached in structured progessive sessions.  We can offer a progressive intro for beginners up to structured rolling sessions or anything in between.

Coaching will be in small groups, numbers will be limited and everyone should get 45 minutes in a boat.

Cost is £26 for the five sessions, payable in advance.
