Things are looking very exciting for Orkney's traditional song in the future, with old songs coming to light for the first time in decades. Even if you only like singing in the bath, this is the place to come for inspiration (and maybe even some techniques!).

Well, I think we were all very pleased with our third Songshare, this time held in Orphir. We were treated to two lots of singers besides ourselves - more info on them on the Songshare page.
We had roughly 35 people there in total, and together with the networking, information gathered and songs shared I think everyone had a really good afternoon! We certainly try to make these events as informal and fun as possible, and I think we're fairly good at it! Come and see yourself. We're holding many more Songshares, the next one in Kirkwall on Saturday 31st January. Should be a good one!
