Ross County have retained the Northern Counties Under 12 tournament after one of the tightest competitions seen in years. They defeated Premiership rivals Inverness Caley Thistle 4-2 on penalties after today's final ended goalless after extra time. Both Orkney sides failed to qualify for the semi-finals.
