There will be plenty of excellent action this Saturday on the final night of indoor action as the eight qualifiers from the group stages clash in the quarter finals of the TSB Trophy. St Andrews Hurricanes will be looking to complete a league and cup double but will face stiff competition from Real Dounby who were their main challengers in the league with the two games between the sides ending in goalless draws. The final night of the primary indoor football season has the added attraction of the East v West challenge matches with the A teams competing for the S R Paterson Shield and the B teams playing for the Johnny Johnstone Plate. With so many girls taking part in this year’s primary football there is the added attraction of an East v West girls match being played on Saturday night. Finally as a bit of fun on the final night the East coaches will also play the West coaches just before the two finals matches are played.
The presentation of trophies and medals will take place after the TSB Trophy final which will be played at 7.36pm. This will also include the presentation of the Primary Indoor Player of the Year Trophy.
