Just a thought...
God – in the sky?
There are so many who never get past the childhood stage of when God is in the sky. But if God remains “in the sky” forever, then we lose him, because he would not be much use there anyway.
The God “up there” is a pretty irrelevant God. If we would keep the presence of God real and vital and living, God must come out of the sky into the world – which is just what he did in Jesus.
“The Word became flesh and lived among us” (John 1:14)
