Orphir and Stenness Summons to Vote.
The members and adherents of the congregations of Orphir and Stenness Churches are summoned to a meeting following morning service in Orphir Kirk on Sunday, 10 July 2011. The meeting will vote on the prposal to unite the two churches to form a single parish.
The basis of the proposed Union will be agreed at a meeting of the two Sessions on Thursday 30 June and copies will be available at the Orphir Kirk door next Sunday.
