A new year and a fresh start is in sight!

2020 saw a disruption to drama activities and performances across the amateur and professional spheres but not an end; many groups continued to meet virtually and recordings of past shows were broadcast by organisations such as the National Theatre and A Play, A Pie and A Pint. Indeed in Orkney we were treated to an outdoor production of Hamlet from Ad Hoc Players, and a radio pantomime "Jack and Jill go up Costa Hill" featuring a range of performers across Orkney - available to listen again here: https://www.mixcloud.com/radioorkney/christmas-panto-jack-and-jill-went-up-costa-hill-24th-december-2020/

We hope it won't be too long before the wide range of groups and clubs across Orkney and beyond are able to come together and put on some much-missed entertainment, but meantime we wish you all a happy and healthy new year.
