Third Sector Yes to voice why independence can make Scotland a fairer, more equal country.

Third Sector Yes today (Monday) launched Daily Voice, a daily online series of comments from senior voluntary sector figures about why a Yes vote will create a fairer, more sustainable and more equal Scotland.

The series kicks off with the views of Angela O'Hagan, former head of Carers Scotland, and a much-respected figure in the sector.

Duncan McLaren from Third Sector Yes said: 'We know that there is overwhelming support for a Yes vote from those who work in the charity sector. We also know that Scottish people care passionately about making Scotland fairer and protecting the most vulnerable in our society. This series will showcase a breadth of reasons from charity sector experts as to why a Yes vote is so crucial to making that happen.'
