Thanks to funding for our project Enhancing the Egilsay profile, facility & amenity from the above initiative we have been able to design a Logo and Rack Card
LOGO
The logo will be used on our website, correspondence and all promotional material from Egilsay Community Association and reflects our unique position within the Orkney Archipelago.
St Magnus Church - Representing our unique landmark that can be seen for miles around from any direction.
A stylised bird - Representing a wealth of wildlife
A green swathe - Representing the pastures, meadows and wetlands
A blue wave - Representing our geographical location as an island community.

This has gone to print and will be displayed in local outlets, visitor centres and the ferry very soon.
This gives visitors a brief idea of what to expect on Egilsay and provides details for the St Magnus Way and Egilsay Community Association Websites along with contact details for Orkney Ferries.
We were given kind permission from David McNeish to use the St Magnus Way logo and map.
