We have an encouraging number of beginners this year and everyone has successfully completed the compulsory 25 metre swim and capsize procedure and moved on to basic paddling. Please note amended timetable from Tuesday 25 November onwards. 8.30 - 9.00 pm :- Practice time for experienced paddlers. 9.00 - 10.00 pm :- Coaching for all, especially beginners. To take part, just turn up with your normal swimming gear.
