Top kayak coach Gordon Brown will give a talk and slide show in the St Magnus Centre on Friday 3 April at 7.30 pm. All welcome. Gordon is one of only three doubly qualifed level 5 coaches (sea and inland kayak) in Scotland. This is the highest coach award achievable in the UK. He is the chairman of the Scottish Canoe Association Coaching Committee and the Scottish Representative on the BCU Level 5 Development Team. Gordon wrote the sea kayaking chapter in the current BCU Handbook and is the author of the highly acclaimed book, Sea Kayak by Gordon Brown - A manual for intermediate and advanced sea kayakers.
