Kristian Cooper is planning a course entitled Introduction to Journey Planning and Tides.

This is aimed specifically at kayakers and will give a good grounding in planning a sea trip in a kayak.  There will be no nationally recognised certificate but you will acquire practical kayak specific skills of benefit to you and your club.

Kristian aims to get this started in the first week of March and it will take place on a weekday evening still to be arranged.  Three 2 hour sessions are planned and the cost will be £10 per head.  The only requirement is a local tide table available from local booksellers at £3.50.

The first two sessions take place on Thursday 1 and 8 March and the third on Wednesday 14 March in the Girnel beginning at 7.30 pm.
