Great War soldiers include six Seaforths: John Tulloch and Peter Irvine of Stronsay, James Farquhar of Orphir, John Garrioch of Holm, Isaac Stout of Walls and Charles Borwick of Harray. The other Great War soldiers are Royal Scot Gifford Johnson of St Andrews, Gordon Highlander John Logie of Rousay, Australian Robert Watson of Firth, Canadian William Finnie of Stromness and New Zealander William Croy of Stronsay. A World War 2 sailor, James Chalmers of Stronsay, is buried near Caen in Normandy. Website casualty lists, which can be accessed using the link below, have been updated to include the additional photos. High def photos of these or any of over 100 other graves abroad and the cemeteries that they are in will be provided by Brian on request to his own or the Legion email.
