The biography of James Bias has been added to the Birsay page of the website.  Jim Bias returned to the UK from Australia in 1916 to take a commission in the Royal Naval Reserve.  Jim survived the war, but his brother Victor did not.  Jim provided a photo of Victor to an appeal after the Great War and it is one of 100 released by the Imperial War Museum on Flicker this month to mark the Armistice.  Victor's photo, with a link to his website biography, can be seen using the link below.
