The rain held off this morning for the short service held at Kirkwall War Memorial, to formally dedicate the new panel to commemorate the death in Northern Ireland in 1972 of Colin Leslie of Kirkwall.  Members of his family were joined by a delegation from Kirkwall Royal British Legion for the ceremony at St Magnus Cathedral, photos and a short report of which can be seen using the link below.
