"Steven your genial administrator here. There is a tendency developing to draw attention to your News headlines by use of capitals throughout.

This will ultimately prove pointless as everybody does it, so can I ask that you refrain from unnecessary use of capitals, as it looks as though everybody is shouting, and that makes me tense.
