Holm Sailing Club is based in the village of St. Mary's.

Club News

The club runs summer points racing on Tuesday evenings and fun sailing on Wednesdays. The club also hosts a regatta each year and various social events through the year. The club will host the Annual General Meeting on 18 February 2025. Please attend the AGM if you have an interest in the future of the club.

The club will hold an awards night on Saturday 1 February in the Sands Hotel, Burray.

Local News

The Kemp Cup is traditionally the last of the Orkney sailing events, in 2024 the big trophy was won by Mark Taylor and Leanne Fishler sailing Mandarino. Results here.

Ullswater Yacht Club will be hosting the 2025 Snipe UK Championships to be held on 15 to 17 August. There are likely to be teams from Orkney heading to the event.
