We've delighted that Orkney Prostate Awareness are hosting their next Parish Cuppa here in Stenness this coming Sunday!

Volunteers have been lined up from Stenness Parish Football team to help with pancake making and serving, and there'll be a fine range of bakes and fancies to choose from too.

Head to the Stenness Hall between 2 and 4pm on Sunday 28 April - and you'll also be able to ask questions and hear from local GPs who help spread awareness and get folk talking about what can be difficult subjects.

Oh, and bring a pound or two for the raffle, too!
