DIAL-A-BUS
Dialabus will be introducing extra measures to meet government guidelines during the Covid 19 outbreak.
As from Mon 23rd March we will still be operating during normal hours but will be making some changes. We will only take 1 passenger at a time with the exception of couples and family members or people who have mutually agreed to travel together.
We will no longer be handling cash or punching concessionary cards. Please inform the driver if concessionary entitlement is being used for journeys and it will be noted on the driver’s sheet. We will post passengers a note of journeys and due fares each week and ask that these are paid by return.
We will not be using cars for pick ups and ask that passengers do not use the front seats in the minibuses.
Our buses are cleaned regularly and between each pick up and drop off.
