Fishing Group-Scapa

For the 3rd trip of the U3A fishing group 6 members met at Scapa pier for a couple of hours on wednesday.
Peter Allen managed to catch 4 fish and so could possibly claim to be champion of the day. The only problem being that all 4 were about 2 inches long or whatever the metric equivalent of that is.
Both Bev Henderson and Dave Woodcock managed to catch a couple of mackerel each and at least these were big enough for a good meal.
Very tasty they were too.
The next trip will be to No1 Barrier next week at a date o be circulated when I have checked tides and weather.
