Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) our organisation is obliged to inform you that, as members, we hold your personal data which may include names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses. This information is stored in a secure system.
If you would like any of this personal information removed, please contact the Secretary or Chair of Hamnavoe Carers.
Members should be aware that basic information is held to run the organisation and to inform members of future events, changes to timetables, etc.
Members who cease to volunteer for Hamnavoe Carers or who cease to be members are requested to remove Hamnavoe Carers data from computers and memory devices.
