There was double cup success for Papdale as the primary indoor football season came to an end at Picky on Saturday night. In the premier cup competition for the top eight teams it was Papdale Flyers who narrowly edged out great rivals St Andrews Hurricanes by 2-1 after extra time in a closely fought final. Younger schoolmates Papdale Mighty Marvels performed well to edge out Orphir Torpedoes 2-1 in another competitive match to win the Reid Crescent Shield for teams outside the top 8.
