21 June 2023Wellbeing Week 24th June - 30th June
World Wellbeing week is now in its fifth year, and returns in June 2023 to provide the opportunity for participants worldwide to celebrate the many aspects of wellbeing, from meaningful, purposeful work to financial security, physical, mental and emotional health and social resilience. Wellbeing has never been so important to our lives and livelihoods and this year Stronsay will hold its very own packed programme of wellbeing activities.
The contacts for the events are listed on the programme so please give them a call to book, or message Donna Blyth our wellbeing coordinator and she will pass on your name to the group leaders. Some of the events have limited places, some have a small charge to pay on the door, some request donations for good causes, most are free. Please come along to as many events as you can and help to make the week a great success.

The feedback over the last year has been about the use of space, enjoying the positive impact of being in the greenhouse for reasons other than growing, and having protection from the elements. Here, you can enjoy the space without creating a negative impact to plot holders in the community polytunnel.
Access is at the left side of the community polytunnel, up the path
