The AGM has been set for 8pm on Thursday 22nd August in the Legion hall. 

 

Any items for the agenda must be in writing to league secretary Brian Moar one week prior to the AGM so he can post the agenda on Orkeny Darts Facebook page prior to the meeting, as requested at last year's meeting. It is requested that a representative from each team should attend.

Anyone wishing to stand for committee should also notify him by the 14th August. We currently require one more member and will open it to the floor at the AGM if nobody comes forward.

Team registration closes on Thursday 14th August in order that we know prior to the AGM how many teams there will be and can propose any restructuring that might be required at the AGM. ENTRY FEES ARE £60 per team. Fees are to be paid in advance of the AGM (unless venues have previously agreed with the league that they will pay for the team), with late fees accepted on the night at the AGM.
