U3A Walking Group - February 2019

by Tim Wright - 15:45 on 07 February 2019

Seven of us set off form Warbeth today on our rearranged walk, a day early because a poor forecast for tomorrow. We had no wind but got a fairly continuous light rain for most of the outing. The walking was easy but the views only fair. A few birds to see including some Purple Sandpipers along the shore. A short rest at the Gun View Point to gather breath and then back to cars and on to Julia's for warming soup and coffee.

The next walk will be in late March, probably Friday 29th, but I will sort it out on return from holiday.
